Appointment Scheduling

To set an appointment, please call 315-569-8173 and leave a message with the nature of the service your seeking and the best times to return your call. Your call will be returned within 24 hours.

I do not accept insurance but I will provide you with an invoice if requested that you can send to your insurance company. You will need the information provided under my name above. Many insurance companies will reimburse for services rendered but it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to see if they will cover you for my services.

I have office hours by appointment only. I am generally in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. I will make every attempt to schedule times that are convenient for you.

Failure to keep your appointments is very costly. If you are scheduling for an evaluation, please provide at least three days notice of cancellations. A $65 reschedule fee and the cost of the evaluation will be needed before an appointment is given after the second cancellation.
